lessons stay in queued mode

I am new to the service. I can not download any lessons, they stay in queued mode. I have messed with firewall settings, deleting the download and then attempting to download again. Stays in queued mode still.

Hi,

Try this troubleshoot:

1. Open your Playground Sessions app and sign in
2. At the top of the screen, click on Help > Clear Playground Data
3. Click in the boxes next to Clear Lesson Data and Clear Lesson Assets
4. Click on the Submit button

At this point, Playground will close. Try launching the app again and let me know if it works.
