first note error

I'm new here, but also having this issue. Not a great first impression, I must say. Yamaha PSR-500 on a Windows 10 machine. Is there a fix?

Try to reconfigure your keyboard by going to the Edit tab and Configure MIDI Keyboard.

Also make sure there is nothing stuck in between the keys. Sometimes, small particles get stuck inside the keys and triggers notes

I just started using playground sessions and I am getting this error on every bootcamp song. It shows an f sharp being played at the beginning. I have the latest version of the program, windows 10 and a yamaha psr-170. It's making me not able to get 100% in any song. Very frustrating.

When you open Playground and start a lesson for the very first time, does this happen? Or does it only happen on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th attempt?

This happend only after a while using bootcamp. The false first error note still happend turning off my keyboard.
