Accompany music out of sync.

Hi all. I've installed the software on my laptop and on my i5 tablet and am working through bootcamp but no matter what I do, the accompany music is always running ahead of the metronome, and is out of time, so I have to turn it down and play along with metronome only. Any ideas? Love the programme! Thanks.

Hi, I'm on the Rookie tour and I only signed up two days ago but it's happened on all 7 exercises in lesson 2, and the all so far in lesson 3, on both devices.

Midi is fine on both devices , as is the metronome timing. It's only the accompany music..... I'll remove one of my devices and try adding a much more powerful PC to see if it makes a difference.

Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it from here:
