Window 10 Cannot download program - Offline

Is anyone having issues with the program on Windows 10? I get Offline alert when I'm connected to the internet (hard wired or wireless) and I have turned off all my firewalls and protection programs. I had no problem downloading and using on my Windows 8 computer.

Every time I start my keyboard. Windows 10 closes Playground.
I've spent 3 hours speaking to Microsoft with them remotely checking my settings and they say the fault is with the Playground software not being compatible with Windows 10.
I'm still waiting for Playground to respond.

I'm working with Playground Sessions on Windows 7, 32 Bit, even. Windows 10 is a bugbear with issues. I have a lot of software that Windows 10 doesn't like.

I am using it on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit without any major issues.
