Playing selected measures - Accompaniment out of sync

I am experiencing a consistent problem whereby if I select specific measures to play, the song accompaniment is way out of sync. I previously never had this issue. Nothing in my keyboard/audio configuration has changed, that I can think of.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

I've had it happen a couple of times, without selecting specific measures. My solution was to reboot. If that isn't working, give support an email at support@playgroundsessions.com.

Rebooting has not helped, nor has changing the audio driver. I will try support.

Issue is specific to "Your Song" by Elton John, Intermediate level. I have a ticket open with support.

It's not only that song... I just found this on the rookie bootcamp for Green Day's Good Riddance - Exercise 6... The title bar says to select measures 17-24 with slow tempo, so I did that... the accompaniment doesn't seem to use the same tempo and it has already finished when I still have 4 measures to go. Checked on two different computers and they both have the same issue. I haven't tried other songs yet.

Try re downloading the lesson, or clearing it out completely:

Go to Help >> Clear Playground Data
Check the boxes that say Clear Lesson Assets and Clear Lesson Data
Click submit and the app will close.
Upon reopening, all previously downloaded lessons will not be downloaded, but your progress and stats will still be saved.

Tried this. Seems to not work. And it's not specific to any song. Have the same problem for all songs i've tried. Very dissappointed. :x
