How to play with both hands VIDEO wont play

Post by virginiapaddler » Tue Nov 12, 2019 7:43 pm

Hello,
I was able to get forum registration to work by going to forum OUTSIDE of the playground sessions application and using google chrome.... so thats been resolved for me, but I am sure it will come up later for others.
How to play with both hands video with Harry still doesnt load. Instructions you sent in email (33473) didnt work.
When I go to Edit and manage my lessons there are none listed in my lessons, and a few listed in installed. But not the one in question.
thanks!

Let's try this instead:

Go to Help >> Clear Playground Data.
Check the boxes that read Clear Lesson Assets and Clear Lesson Data.
Click Submit and the application will close.
Upon reopening the application, all previously downloaded lessons must be downloaded again, but users progress and stats will remain saved.

I dont think I want to startover on downloading all of these again. There should be a more (scalpel rather then hammer) way to resolve this.

You won't have to start over. Playground sessions saves that info to the cloud and will show you what you have done. You also don't have to download the lessons you've already completed unless you want to work them again.

Hello,

All of my progression remains unchanged. ANd the same video still is not available
thanks

Is this on an iPad? You have to make sure the sound is set to use 44.1 kHz. The iPad often flops over to 48 kHz and the videos and audio from the accompaniment often sound wrong or just don't play.

Can you follow up on email 33473 if you haven't already?

Currently going through today's emails so if you did, I'll get to it soon.

I'll see if Tom can chime in.
