Subtitle for video tutorial

I think we should have the function to turn on subtitles for video tutorial. Because not all people from other countries are good at English and there're tons of special words in music theory. Adding subtitle would be a selling point for international user, I guess

We actually really want to do this, but it's a pretty big en devour. We need to create the tech for it, as well as find translators. We've started to offer the app in different languages (for the menus and buttons). We will work on the sub title system in the future.

I think we can start with English subtitle first. Because listening to English is always more difficult than reading.
